About This Project
This is a fresh English translation of the New Testament, produced directly from the Greek critical text through a collaboration between a human editor and an AI language model. The human directs, corrects, and makes every editorial decision. The AI produces drafts, cross-references, and notes drawn from its training on the Greek New Testament and two millennia of biblical scholarship. Neither could have produced this alone.
Every chapter is accompanied by extensive translator's notes — analysis of Greek vocabulary and syntax, historical and cultural context, connections across the biblical canon, and theological interpretation. The notes are designed to make visible what an English reader would otherwise never see: the wordplay, the verbal threads, the echoes of the Old Testament, and the world behind the text.
